SingleClick Systems Signs North American Distribution Agreement with Lifeboat Distribution Inc.

Toms River, NJ (June 1, 2005) – SingleClick Systems, a provider of Windows®–based consumer and small and home office (SOHO) networking software utilities, today announced that it has signed a non–exclusive North American distribution agreement with Lifeboat Distribution Inc. Through the partnership, Lifeboat Distribution will offer SingleClick’s Wireless Network Ignition and HomeNet Manager software products to its North American computer reseller customers.

Wireless Network Ignition is a client–side software solution that resellers can deliver to their small and remote office customers to help install, configure and instantly secure their wireless networks. The company’s HomeNet Manager product is an intuitive home and small office networking solution that allows customers to instantly connect and share devices and content within their networks, as well as files and photos with remote friends, family and colleagues.

Both products allow resellers to reduce their network–related technical support volumes and deliver revenue–generating products that customers are seeking more frequently as they continually add, remove and reconfigure their wired and wireless networks. The products will also further position resellers as true solution providers to their customers. By offering SingleClick's products, resellers can provide customers attractive alternatives to expensive and inconvenient on-site vendor support services and add–on networking solutions offered by service providers.
