For Immediate Release SingleClick Systems Launches OfficeNet Manager to Help Small and Remote Offices Achieve Networking Self-Reliance Company Contact Scot Zarkiewicz Agency Contact Brian McManus Toms River, NJ (June 27, 2005) – SingleClick Systems, a provider of Windows®–based consumer and small and home office (SOHO) networking software utilities, today released OfficeNet Manager, a network management software suite designed to help small and remote offices manage, monitor and troubleshoot their IT networks, without requiring on–site information technology (IT) support or outside consulting help. “To be successful, small and remote offices need to be extremely efficient and avoid activities that divert time and capital resources away from their core goal of selling more of their products or services,” said Scot Zarkiewicz, CEO of SingleClick Systems. “The mission of OfficeNet Manager is to alleviate many of the time–consuming network–related hassles experienced by many small offices today, and help them get the most out of this technology in order to boost productivity and profits.” OfficeNet Manager offers enhanced features that automatically troubleshoot small office network problems, and help customers quickly get back up–and–running when network errors occur. The software also automates file and device sharing, and simplifies office network configuration and on–going management. OfficeNet Manager essentially operates as a supplemental network operating system that sits on top of Microsoft Windows 2000® and Windows XP®, allowing small offices to keep their existing network settings, including previously shared files and devices. Additionally, users can drag and drop files directly from applications such as Microsoft Word® and Windows Explorer®, into the shared folders located within OfficeNet Manager. At this point, all files can be automatically shared through the Digital Share Live network. Digital Share Live is an integrated file sharing service from SingleClick Systems that allows small office users to instantly share content stored on their networks (and attached devices) with colleagues and other business associates. To share files using the Digital Share Live service, users only need to create an account and invite participants to join their network using a built–in invitation tool sent via email that contains simple–to–follow instructions and automated sign–up links. Once an account is created, and invitations have been sent, users have one–click access to the Digital Share Live network from within OfficeNet Manager, and can start sharing digital content immediately. Users are also able to drag and drop any content within their small office network directly to the Digital Share Live network through OfficeNet Manager’s main interface. Digital Share Live makes instant file sharing easy for all small office users. It works seamlessly through existing firewalls, requires no PC or router configuration, and works anywhere users take their computers and have Internet access. Since Digital Share Live is a trusted file sharing network, small office users can be assured that their content is only available to approved parties. With OfficeNet Manager’s unique “My Digital Office” feature, users can create a virtual three–dimensional representation of their small office. Within this view, they can create rooms and work spaces and drag and drop elements detected in their network – such as printers and routers – to appropriate rooms. This allows users to better visualize the physical construction of their networks in order to troubleshoot and resolve cabling and connectivity related problems.
